At MER, we curate our collections with the intention of bringing beauty and effortless style into your daily life. We want you to love your purchase and understand that sometimes a piece may not be the perfect fit.
By making a purchase with MER, you agree to the following terms:
Returns for Store Credit
- Store Credit Only: We offer returns for store credit only. We do not provide cash or credit card refunds.
- 7-Day Window: Returns must be initiated and postmarked within 7 days of your parcel’s delivery date.
- Approved returns receive a MER Digital Gift Card via email to be used toward a future purchase.
Condition & Inspection
MER reserves the right to fully inspect all returned items before store credit is issued. To be eligible, items must be in their original, showroom condition:
- Cleanliness: Must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant marks, and odors (perfume, smoke, etc.).
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags securely attached.
- Footwear: Must include the original shoe box in its original condition, placed inside a separate shipping box.
Note: Damaged, stained, or altered items will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Final Sale (Non-Returnable)
The following are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Discounted Items: Any merchandise marked 30% off or greater (unless otherwise stated).
- Specific Categories: Apothecary, undergarments, jewelry, and home goods.
- Unauthorized Returns: Items sent back without a Return Authorization (RA) will be returned to the sender.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email info@merlifestyle.com with your Order Number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive an RA number.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable service, as MER is not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and credit issuance once received.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact MER at info@merlifestyle.com or (805) 691-9204 within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue immediately.
